TULSA, Okla. - Police are investigating a homicide at a QuikTrip near 31st Street and Highway 169.

Detectives say a woman was shot during a disagreement around 4 a.m. They say the woman and the shooter both got out of different cars on the parking lot and started arguing.

Then, the man opened fire and fled the scene in a black sedan with another person. Police are searching for the two people connected to the shooting.

Investigators believe the victim knew the shooter.

Police arrested Ty Rutledge on Monday morning in connection with the crime.

The medical examiner transported the body to investigate the cause of death. The woman's identity hasn't been released.

This is Tulsa's second homicide of the year. Last Thursday, 22-year-old Jaleel Mixon was fatally shot in north Tulsa.
