CREEK COUNTY, Okla. -- Authorities are responding to a deadly crash on Interstate 44 on Wednesday.
The crash was reported at about noon on I-44 near the Sapulpa exit.
Officials said one person was killed when a piece of concrete fell off the back of a flatbed truck.
