OWASSO -- A 26-year-old woman from Kansas was arrested and booked into Tulsa County Jail after an altercation Thursday night with two Owasso officers that led to them being transported to the hospital, police say.

Police say that the woman, Bailey Cargile, struck one officer with her vehicle and the other was hit by bricks that fell after her car ran into a column at 76th Street North and Highway 169.

Witnesses say Cargile backed into the police car when Owasso Police responded to a call of larceny from a store in the area and were investigating.

Cargile was booked on the following charges:

DUI first offense, aggravated assault and battery with a deadly weapon, reckless driving, resisting arrest, two counts of false impersonation and being a fugitive from justice in Kansas. She is being held in the Tulsa County Jail for Montgomery and Wichita counties in Kansas.
