OWASSO, Okla. — Owasso Public Schools is pushing back the start of school as well as moving towards distance learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a Facebook caption, district officials said the first day of school has been moved from Thursday, Aug. 13 to Monday, Aug. 24.
All students will be instructed through the district's "Pivot to Home" plan where students learn from home and teachers teach from home, according to district officials.
