Happening today, an Owasso woman accused of killing her husband is expected to stand trial.

Vicky McNeely admitted to shooting her husband back in 2013 after she says he charged at her with a knife.

But police say she smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech when they arrived.

In 2018, McNeely argued the shooting was in self-defense using the Stand Your Ground Law, but a judge rejected her claim.

McNeely is now charged with first degree murder.
