PAWHUSKA, Okla — According to Pawhuska City Manager Dave Neely, Police Chief Nick Silva has been fired.
Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says, an investigation was opened on Silva on Jan. 3 for misconduct with a confidential informant, but that is not the cause of his firing.
Officials say the investigation is ongoing.
