UPDATE BREAKING -- Tulsa Police saying two victims and two in custody in shooting in north Tulsa; neither victim hurt seriously. EMSA reports one victim transported to hospital in with non-life threatening injuries and another refused ambulance service.

Tulsa Police are investigating a possible shooting in north Tulsa.

Officers and EMSA are on scene at 1357 E. 37th St. North with one confirmed victim.

The shooting occurred at Comanche Park Apartments on Wednesday afternoon.

There are few details at this time, but there is a heavy police presence at the apartment complex and an ambulance left the scene with lights off.

It was the only first responder to leave the scene at this point.

Police tape has been wrapped around a couple of the buildings on 37th St. North.
