A potential winter weather storm has canceled the Sand Springs Festival of Lights Christmas Parade, the city's chamber of commerce announced Wednesday.
The parade initially was scheduled for last week, but it was postponed for tornadic weather. Now, possible snow and ice have canceled Friday's parade. It will not be rescheduled, organizers say.
