Check your medicine cabinets, the Vitamin Shoppe is recalling Vthrive Bioactive Multivitamins. Experts with the Consumer Product Safety Commission report the vitamins packaging is not child resistant and the capsules inside contain iron.
If swallowed by a child, this can cause serious injury or death if multiple tablets are consumed at once. Safety may be in this products name, but a recall suggests it is anything but if a defect is found. Petzl is recalling "Safety Ropes" causing fall and injury hazards.
