Multi-million dollar renovations are coming to the Cox Business Center in downtown Tulsa.
The 54-year-old arena that has served as the stage for big names, including the Rolling Stones and Elvis, will be demolished to make way for a new venue.
The center's assistant general manager says they have to keep up with the demand of their customers for conferences and big events.
The inside venue will be two stories high, and the renovations also include a glass-entrance of the lobby and an atrium.
The project is scheduled to be completed by June 2020.
