and last updated

After three years, Riverside Drive is now fully open to traffic in Tulsa.

The 2-mile stretch from 21st to 41st Street reopened to traffic Monday morning.

It had been closed for about three years while crews reconstructed the roadway and installed two new land bridges with two tunnels splitting the roadway.

There are two new traffic lights at 23rd Place and John Williams Way.

Also, the speed limit has been reduced to 35 miles per hour.
