TULSA COUNTY--Several agencies, including FBI, Tulsa Police Department and Tulsa County Sheriff's Office, started serving eight warrants at 6am Wednesday in Tulsa, Broken Arrow and Wagoner County for a heroin and drug trafficking ring with connections to the Mexican cartels.
Authorities searched eight search warrants and arrested four at an apartment near the 2700 block of South 99th East Ave.
