UPDATE: Tulsa police arrested and charged one of the suspects in connection to a deadly shooting near Norville Park in North Tulsa Saturday night.
Officers responded to 2700 N Norwood and found a male dead at the scene from a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
Another man had been shot and a third remained at the scene, officers say.
Officers learned the shooting took place in Norvell Park.
Homicide Detectives interviewed witnesses and the occupants of the car and learned it was a robbery gone bad, detectives say.
Officials say 18-year-old Phillip Moment was in the car with the deceased victim.
Detectives do not believe Moment shot the victim, but he was apart of the robbery that led to the death of the victim.
Officers say Moment is being arrested and charged with felony murder.
Detectives are still looking for the other suspects in the second vehicle.

A second call went out reporting the victim of the shooting was located at a house near North Sheridan and East Apache.
The suspect was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police arrested multiple suspects for questioning.
Police are also still searching for two Hispanic males in a white dodge charger.
