BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - A 19-year-old was arrested Sunday after police say he was found drunk, and yelling at two children in Walmart.
Police say they were called to the Walmart at 2301 West Kenosha Street Sunday. A witness reported seeing the teen yelling at two young children that were with him.
When police arrived, they say 19-year-old Kevin Barnett smelled of alcohol. Barnett said he was in charge of the two children while a family member was in the hospital.
Police contacted one of the children's mothers, who was able to pick up both children.
When asked why he made the trip to Walmart, all Barnett said was "tacos." Barnett was arrested for child neglect and public intoxication.
