Oklahoma City Thunder's Paul George finished the season playing hurt, but on Tuesday we found out just how injured he was.
According to ESPN, the Thunder all-star will undergo rotator cuff surgery due to a torn tendon in his right shoulder.
His recovery will take several months and he could miss the start of Thunder training camp.
Meanwhile, George's teammate Russell Westbrook is also on the mend.
One relevant note with regard to Westbrook’s knee: He’s only missed two games since the initial surgeries in 2013 because of the knee and those were the first two games of last season after having surgery in September.
