TULSA — It's a big day today for Tulsa's largest library.
The Central Library in downtown is expected to reopen the first floor today.
A week-and-a-half after a fire in a second floor restroom forced it to close.
That fire activated the sprinklers, causing water damage.
Only the first floor will be re-opening today.
The other floors remain closed, until further notice as restoration work continues.
The Starbucks on the first floor opened earlier this week.
Meanwhile, the woman accused of setting the fire, 19-year-old Sara Bess, was formally charged this week.
Bess faces one count of first-degree arson.
She remains in the Tulsa County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
