TULSA -- A Tulsa County jury is recommending life in prison for an 18-year-old convicted of murder.
Jurors last week found William Campbell guilty of shooting and killing Craig Wingard.
Prosecutors said Campbell was 17 years old at the time when he shot Wingard. Prosecutors said the shooting stemmed from an argument about car keys.
The defense said Campbell didn't mean to kill Wingard.
Officials said formal sentencing for Campbell will be held next month.
