TULSA, OK — The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office arrested one man and are looking for another in connection with two people killed in Turley on Jan. 5.

Roger Jackson, Jr. is charged in the deaths of Harry Leroy McElfresh and Tiffany Dawn Culkins. They're looking for 39-year-old Rodney "Lucky" Williams.

TCSO said McElfresh owned the property near 66th Street North and Highway 75 and Culkins and her family lived in a mobile home on the property that they rent from him.

Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and TSCO responded after the call came in at 9:14 p.m. from a woman who said she arrived at the home and found a man and woman dead. Investigators later confirmed both were shot to death.

“The male it appears was killed from a gunshot. The female victim we don’t know at this point,” said Casey Roebuck with TSCO.
