TULSA — Tulsa police said they are currently investigating a fatal shooting in east Tulsa.
Officers said the call came in around 7:45 a.m. from a woman saying she shot her boyfriend in the 1500 block of South 108th East Place.
Capt. Walter Busby said when officers arrived the man was dead. He suffered a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
He said a handgun was used.
Police said they have arrested the girlfriend, Mary Carroll, for first-degree manslaughter.
