TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department is investigating after one person was shot near a restaurant at 31st and Mingo.
The shooting happened around 8:45 p.m. on June 9. Police said at least one person in a car fired shots at three men walking on Mingo.
One man was hit and went to the hospital. Another man shot back at the car and was detained.
Police were unsure about the condition of the man who was hit.
