TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa's American Legion Post 1 is celebrating its 100th year anniversary with week-long events.
On Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, June 16 there'll be an open house at the legion located on Peoria Ave and 8th St. That'll be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
On Tuesday, June 18 a ceremony and dinner will be held starting at 6:30 p.m.
The post is holding its Commander's Ball on Saturday, June 22. The event starts at 7 p.m. and tickets are $15 per person.
The last event to celebrate the centennial is Sunday, June 23 with a prayer breakfast from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
