FAIRFAX, Okla. — Two people have been taken into custody in connection with a suspicious death on Wednesday in Fairfax.
Fairfax police said a 60-year-old woman, identified as Heather Neuman, was found dead inside the home.
Zackary Pace, who had been staying with the woman, was identified as a person of interest.
Police said Neuman's car was missing from the home, along with her ID and financial documents. Police said they identified local businesses where the victim's credit cards were used.
Pace and a woman, Megan Ball, were found at a residence in Locust Grove. The two were taken into custody and are being held at the Cherokee County Detention Center.
