VIDEO: TPD releases footage of deadly officer-involved shooting in October

The Tulsa Police Department released video of a deadly officer-involved shooting.

Police say 58-year-old William Frost died after being gunned down by Tulsa officers on October 21, 2016.

A witness captured the deadly encounter on cell phone video. The department released its dash cam video on Tuesday.

Police say Frost had pulled a knife on a couple trying to sell a car. When Frost refused to drop the knife, officers opened fire first with a Taser and then with a gun.
