TULSA, Okla. — While many are returning to work as some small businesses have reopened across the state, others are still without a job.

As a part of our initiative 'The Rebound Green Country', we spoke to a local plumber who may be able to help those interested in finding new employment.

Acts of Service Plumbing President Ricky Hudson is looking to hire someone with a teachable spirit.

Hudson says this candidate wouldn't need to have experience in service work, but some knowledge of plumbing is required to apply.

“As long as they are teachable, willing to learn, and a good candidate," Hudson said. "Also, they need to have high energy, be very positive, and also good with people.”

He says he wants someone who will take care of his customers home like it's their own.

“They would be doing plumbing work, they would be making faucet repairs, working on hot water tanks, possibly working on gas leaks, general plumbing maintenance in the house, cleaning out drains,” Hudson said.

He hopes they'll be ready to begin with faucet repairs, hot water tanks and more as their phones have been ringing off the hook.

To apply call this number (918) 240 - 7906.
