As a part of our initiative 'The Rebound Green Country' we are highlighting one large department store that is in desperate need to begin filling seasonal, part time, full time and management positions.
Lowe's Talent Acquisition Partner Christine Jackson says, across their fourteen stores in eastern Oklahoma, of the hundreds of employment opportunities available, they hope to fill positions fast.
When asked what they look for in good employee candidates, Jackson tells 2 Works for You they want friendly, and outgoing employee candidates willing to help customers with whatever they need.
“We try to give back to our communities, that is one of the reasons we are open right now," Jackson said. "We want to ensure that our customers, our government officials, and our first responders have the essential products that they need.”
Jackson says the application process is quick and easy.
They try to do interviews as quickly as possible, followed by drug and background tests.
Jackson says they are hoping to get new employees started just weeks after filling out their application, so if you are interested, call soon.
For seasonal roles, they are looking for cashiers, stockers, loaders and sales associates.
Although most jobs are seasonal, they have part time, full time, and management positions ready right now.
