TULSA — Many Oklahoman's are going through hardships with no source of income to support their family, but 2 Works for You is lending a helping hand by providing resources and information on who's hiring during this time as a part of our initiative 'The Rebound Green Country'.
Until communities have completely recovered from the damage of the coronavirus, every morning we will be showing Green Country a new company or business looking to fill employment positions during the pandemic.
Monday, Tulsa Counties Human Resources Director Kathy Burrows tells us they have plenty positions they need to fill.
Burrows says aside from summer seasonal positions, they also have a few full time positions open in their IT department.
“We also have summer positions that have been posted," Burrows said. "I am unsure of the schedule for the summer but we are taking applications for those.
She says their primary customers are the residents of Tulsa County, so they want candidates who are ready to serve, people who will go above and beyond to meet the needs of their community.
“Tulsa County is a great place to work," Burrows said. "We have a family feel and environment even though some of our divisions are large. We really have a great work environment and everyone works together.
She says they have great benefits for their full time employees including a pension program, and health care options.
