Rogers County Deputies were dispatched to the area of E. 340 Road and South 4190 Road for reports of a stabbing.
When the Deputy arrived, they found an individual that matched the description given by dispatch personnel.
According to multiple witnesses at the scene, Keuetta Daniels grabbed a five-year-old and placed her in a choke hold on the ground after the child threw sand at Daniels.
John Reed-Basks grabbed Daniels in an attempt to pull her off of the child, Daniels then took a pocket knife and stabbed Reed-Basks multiple times.
A pocket knife was found at the scene matching the description given by witnesses.
Keuetta Daniels was arrested on charges of child abuse, domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and domestic by strangulation.
