TULSA — According to the Springfield Police Department, officers arrested a woman in connection to a homicide investigation in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Officials say they arrested Ruth Blair at a residence in west Springfield, Missouri on Tuesday.
On Aug. 21, an arrest warrant was issued for Blair in connection to a July shooting at a south Tulsa apartment complex.
Tulsa Police say Michael binder was found dead at Cascades at Southern Hills near E. 71st St. and S. Lewis Ave.
Police are still searching for a second suspect identified as Nicholas Gibson.
