Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported to the scene of a collision accident near the Coweta gate of Muskogee Turnpike around 8:00 a.m. Thursday.
The accident, that took place in Wagoner County, involved multiple cars including a commercial vehicle according to OHP.
Officers set up road blocks near the intersection of Oklahoma 51 and the Muskogee Turnpike headed Westbound in order to help limit the number of vehicles involved within the flow of traffic.
OHP reports the Muskogee Turnpike has been reopened after clearing debris from the roadway that is currently under construction.
