TULSA, Okla. — Pam Massey is frustrated after she said her Christmas packages still haven’t been shipped from a Tulsa post office.
She said she mailed them on Dec. 16 and paid for priority shipping.

"I understand being a week or so late with COVID and everything. I totally get that. But three weeks and it's still sitting in Tulsa. Come on," Massey said.
The packages are addressed to different states, and Massey said so far, none of them have left the Tulsa.
“One to Washington State, or to Michigan, one to Texas," Massey said.
Massey mailed some additional packages on Dec. 28 and said all of those have been delivered. Now, she’s trying to understand why the packages mailed three weeks ago are just sitting at the USPS.
So, she spoke to someone at the post office, she said they told her this: “Oh, they'll be delivered when they're delivered."
Massey added, “One of the packages I sent out was priority mail. The priority mailer is still sitting in Tulsa. What did I pay for?”
The Problem Solvers reached out to a representative with the US Postal Service who said they’ll reach out to Pam directly about the issue.
Massey hopes the issue is fixed soon.
“These are gifts for children, my grandchildren," Massey said.
