Oklahoma State athletic director Mike Holder talks about Head Coach Mike Gundy taking a $1 million dollar pay cut.
In a press conference Friday morning, Holder stated that Gundy asked for the reduction himself. His guarantees have dropped from 75% to 50% and his 5-year rollover contract was cut to a 4-year contract.
The Cowboys head coach has been the talk of college football for the last month after he was photographed wearing a OAN shirt, and then subsequently called out by a multitude of his players for wearing the shirt.
