ORLANDO, Fl. — Brennan Presley collected six catches for 118 yards and three touchdowns as OSU outlasted Miami 37-34 in the Cheez-It bowl.

The freshman from Bixby had just one catch on the season coming into his breakout evening, but playing against a depleted Miami secondary, Spencer Sanders went to him early and often.

OSU's first and third scores were passes to Presley, of 30 and 32 yards, respectively. The second of Presley's scores saw him surrounded on all sides by six Hurricane defenders, only to run by everyone on the way to extending the Cowboy lead to 21-0.

Miami scored 19 unanswered, but Spencer Sanders' impressive night was too much for the Hurricanes to catch up. Sanders threw for 305 yards, four touchdowns, and no interceptions.

Sanders' passing score that did not go Presley's way fell into the hands of Jenks grad and fifth-year senior Dillon Stoner in his final game as a Poke.

Tylan Wallace did not play in the second half; reportedly it was his due to his own decision.
