NORMAN — According to reports, Oklahoma Sooners quarterback Austin Kendall has entered the transfer portal.
Tulsa World reporter Eric Bailey tweeted that Kendall is "exploring options to leave the Sooners."

According to the NCAA, a student-athlete will not face any consequences if they ask to be transferred, but then don't transfer.
ESPN college football writer Jake Trotter tweeted his confirmation about Kendall entering the portal.

Kendall had been slated to battle Spencer Rattler for the starting QB job.
